Wanscam Warranty Regulation
Thank you for choosing Wanscam products.
Wanscam will bring reasonable after-sell service system to customers in strict accordance with relevant laws and regulations issued by China.
1. Customers fill in the blank of the Warranty Card with Dealers' stamp.
2. Service Condition:
1) Camera fault in condition of proper use within 7 days , consumers can choose a refund,replacement, repair and other services.
2) Product with Non-quality problems return and replacement within 15 days (Shipping cost by customer side)
3) 2 years free maintenance for no artificial damage fault (Shipping cost by customer side);
For the products not in inconformity with the condition of free replacement or free repairing,our company will supply the technical help,but the material cost should be paid by customers.
3. Warranty time starts from dealers' invoice or receipt date.
4. The following situation can not enjoy the free warranty:
1) Artificial damage, the faulty by abnormal working environment, and non-proper use.Without our permission, customers privately disassemble, repair, refit products.
2) Damaged by shipping.
3) Damage due to other non-resistance (such as floods, lightning, earthquake, abnormal voltage).
4) Normal old, worn, torn and dip, etc.
5) Not Wanscam made products (such as fake)
6) No valid proof of purchase or warranty card.
7) The fragile label in the products damaged.
Procedure for return, replacement and repairing:
If you have any problems with the products, first should bring along the relevant invoice or receipt to the dealer for repairing.
If the problem is not solved properly, please call or email wanscam customer service department, we will help you solve the problem in the shortest time.
1.We recommend firstly contact our dealer or the sales person which you bought the cameras from. If the problem is not solved properly, please contact Customer Service.

2. If need return, please complete the form wanscam defect products repair record and send back together with the product.
1. The form wanscam defect products repair record should clearly show the information, for example, camera P2P ID/DDNS, camera Model NO, Defect deion.
2. In order to reduce maintenance time, the accessories such as, power supply, CD, manual, brackets no need return to factory.
3. To avoid the high tariffs and customs clearance risks for the return, please select the surface mail, such as Mail Post, EMS USPS. No express delivery.
